We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead the development of our coaching analytics platform, ensuring it remains at the forefront of coaching technology.

As part of your role, you will:

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for Pixellot’s Coaching Analytics Platform, balancing innovation with practical coaching needs.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Oversee the development of video processing, data visualization, and analytics capabilities to enhance coaching workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and sports professionals to translate coaching requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive the creation of intuitive video editing and performance analytics tools tailored for coaches and athletes.
• Ensure system scalability, performance optimization, and seamless integration across Pixellot’s ecosystem.

You should bring with you:

• 8+ years of engineering leadership experience, including at least 4 years managing multiple teams.
• A proven track record in delivering complex SaaS applications that combine video and data analytics.
• Deep expertise in video processing technologies, data visualization, and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of modern web application architectures, responsive design, and cloud-based solutions.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared technical vision.
• Experience working in sports technology or developing products for specialized user segments is a plus.
